Foreign Buyer Exemption - Canadian Real Estate.

Darren has been practising in the field of Real Estate for almost 20 years.  He has been a managing Broker for the past 10+.  Darren is active in organized Real Estate have being a past president of his former local board and current is chair-elect with the British Columbia Real Estate Association, the provincial member based organization focused on Advocacy, education and professional development.  His appointment to the Chair in March will mark his 4^th year with BCREA and 11^th year in a Leadership role within the profession.
