This is the 11th year that we’ve been pleased to make and offer superb quality fruit cakes.
We make them exactly as you would at home – the finest ingredients, care at every step, and with lots of love built in.  We use a recipe that has been handed down through generations to one of our members.
The cakes are wrapped in cheesecloth, dipped in VSOP brandy and overwrapped in parchment paper and foil.  They’ve been maturing since September and will be perfect for eating and gifting (we provide the gift bags!) by mid-November.
You just can’t buy comparable cakes anywhere in Victoria.  We know because a few years ago, our local CBC did a taste test and voted it as the best cake around!
